Welcome to our second issue of The Grapevine. As well as our regular items such as ArtPeace, Messy Church and general news about our church family, we cover Lent (including a booklet ‘The Journey to Jerusalem’ put together by the minister which is available to guide you through the days of Lent with Bible readings, reflections, poems and prayers ). We indulge in nostalgia with an article on the history of Weybridge URC and a fascinating portrait of Weybridge’s magnificent organ. We travel to Slovenia for some Grapevine Gleanings and celebrate Mother’s Day in prayer. There is also a light-hearted item on Shrove Tuesday traditions.
