THE GRAPEVINE DECEMBER 2022/JANUARY2023

This is our most bumper issue ever with so many events to cover!  We have been delighted to welcome a new member into the Church Family, our organist.  Our Remembrance Service was particularly special this year, the first one of St Andrew’s and Weybridge URC as a united church and the comments gathered from the congregation, together with photographs,  bear testament to its success.  There is a Christmas Quiz and seasonal poem, as well as a true and moving Christmas story – with a sequel – about how two rabbits brought unexpected joy.   Recent sales at church have raised an amazing £1,140 for ArtPeace and photographs of happy artists accompany the latest account of what is happening on their patch in Zimbabwe.  Messy church continues with its many exciting activities.  You can read Christmas greetings from some of the congregation displayed on two Christmas trees.  And, of course, there are details of our Christmas services and other Christmas-themed announcements of concerts.  We hope you will enjoy this issue.
