SEPTEMBER 2021 NEWSLETTER
This month we have a colourful cover display of autumn fruits taken at Wisley Gardens in Surrey. The minister has written a wonderfully descriptive piece about his recent stay on Holy Island from where he has returned energised and with renewed enthusiasm. We look ahead with welcome changes including the Elders meetings to be held once again in person and the imminent return of ‘after-church-coffee’. News of the Church family features, amongst other things, a Diamond Wedding Anniversary. On the spirits-lifting side, you can access a programme via a BBC link ‘Painting the Holy Land’ featuring artist Lachlan Goudie who went there in memory of his late father, the Scottish artist Alexander Goudie.
