Fund Raising Beetle Drive Held On Friday 12th of February

The Beetle Drive was held to raise funds for the new toilets. Everyone who attended had a great time including 3 children who said they couldn’t wait for the next one and would definitely bring their friends! Players enjoyed drinks, snacks and a raffle with some great prizes, many of which were donated by the congregation – thank you all! In total the evening raised a whopping £181. Look out for the date of the next one.



Gateway Opening

The stunning new Gateway is a vibrant new meeting point for both church and community events. Sunday 24th January was a landmark day in the life of St Andrew’s on the occasion of the Dedication of The Gateway. The church was full of friends, guests from Weybridge and other local churches as well as representatives from the builders and architects, hall hirers and friends of St Andrew’s. Special guests included the Moderator of the United Reformed Church, Wessex Synod, the Reverend Clare Downing as well as the Deputy Mayor of Elmbridge, Cllr Tannia Shipley accompanied by her consort, Nigel.

Bibles and Threads

St Andrew’s held their first exhibition titled ‘Bibles and Threads’in the new "Gateway" on Saturday 30th January. It proved a great success attracting over 130 people.
